Counseling activities include a wide range of services. The major services of this department include holding individual/group problem-solving conferences; administering academic testing programs; counseling students about post-secondary options; scheduling; coordinating students on the job; registering students for the skill center; making provisions for the dissemination of educational, occupational, and vocational information. Large and small group student meetings are also held with college admissions counselors, representatives of trade/business schools, Armed Service representatives, and various career speakers addressing the six career pathways.
